During the Covid 19 Pandemic we are shipping orders as fast as possible. We have added staff to help us and if your "ORDER STATUS" has not changed it is because your order is still in line to be shipped. We appreciate your patients and if you need your order shipped quick, please pay the $20 for expedited handling.
Also, at RPM shipping is free usually, we try to only ship orders complete to avoid double shipping charges. Sometimes an order is waiting to be shipped because an item may be backordered. Normally we will hold orders like this if the item is expected to be arriving soon. If you are in this situation we can backorder the item in question and ship out what is ready now. Just let us know. All International orders are shipped complete only.
If you don't hear from us within 1-2 business days, then something may have gone wrong. If you have not received a call back please give us time, and if you emailed and you have not received your order confirmation or a reply to an email, please check your spam/junk folder. We reply to almost all emails within a day or two, and if it appears we are ignoring you, we're not. You are the reason we exist and we love our customers.
